Welcome to My Street

My Street is a sketch-level planning tool designed to help you explore options for improving pedestrian safety in your area. Based on data you provide, and data already incorporated in the tool, My Street conducts systemic analysis and identifies priority sites for consideration.

As you review each site, My Street illustrates potential options for pedestrian crossing countermeasures. My Street allows you to consider how site-level enhancements and countermeasures impact pedestrian avatars who live, learn, work, and travel in your community.

Mia, Alice, Steve, and Michael (the My Street avatars) respond differently to the environment and the decisions you make for each site. My Street produces an initial Pedestrian Safety Action Plan (PSAP) that you can discuss with others interested in pedestrian safety.
